Shipping Policy
We do things a little different around here...
As a small business operated with just one person behind the scenes it's extra important for me to set realistic shipping expectations. All Render Skincare products (except soap) are made to order. The Skincare shop is open the 1st week of every month (unless otherwise noted). This means skincare can be ordered the 1st thru the 7th. During this time NO orders are shipping. I wait until all orders for the week have been placed, close the shop and then get to making! I spend the next few days making and packing up your orders. So, it's a longer wait time for shipping than we're all used to these days, but in return you get the freshest product possible!

The Render Print shop will remain open at all times, for now. Print shop orders will generally ship out once a week.
Shipping Policy - the basics
*Skincare and Print products will ship separately*
Skincare products ordered during the first week of the month (1st-7th) will ship during the second week of the month (between the 8th and 14th). You will know your order has shipped when you receive a shipping confirmation email (different from your order confirmation email).
Skincare products ship for a flat fee of $7.

Print products will ship within 5-7 business days from your order date.
Orders with prints larger than 8x10 will ship rolled in a mailing tube. All other print orders will ship in flat rigid mailers.
Print Shop orders ship for a flat fee of $5.

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage service.
